• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During sales or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations in Pakistan.

For certain products or high-value orders, we may require a partial advance payment before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Delivery Delays

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Pakistan.
